Cancellation policy

There may be occasions when delegates cannot attend a course they have paid for. In all cases, please notify us using our online cancellation form. The refund amount will be based on the first condition that applies to you from the list below.

1. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of a place on a course within a period of 7 working days from the application date (a 'cooling off' period) and receive a full refund. However, we regret that we cannot accept a cancellation of contract if you have accessed any online materials or you cancel a place less than 28 days before the course as conference costs will have been incurred on your behalf.

2. If you have a place on a course but do not wish to attend the classroom course, we will refund your course fee minus a £100 cancellation charge if you notify us at least 28 days before the course. The cancellation charge includes a standard subscription charge for access to the online course for one month plus an administrative charge.

3. If you cancel a place less than 28 days before the course, no refund will be given.

4. If you miss the course or only attend a part of it, no refund will be given.

In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled, the liability of Superego Cafe shall be limited to a full refund of the fee paid for that particular event.
