FAQ - One day course

1. Are discounts available for group bookings?
Please contact us via the helpdesk with the event you are interested in and how may places you wish to reserve. We may be able to offer a discount.

2. A course is sold out. Is there a waiting list?
Past experience shows that very rarely does a place become available once a course is sold out. You can contact us using the helpdesk to tell us you are interested in booking a place if a late cancellation arises but there is no guarantee that we will be able to help you secure a place. If you are interested in attending a course the best advice we can give you is reserve your place as soon as possible.

3. Do I get a certificate when I have completed the course?
Certificates are not produced automatically for the online course. When you finish the course, please contact us by email and we will send you a CPD/CME certificate by email. Delegates attending a classroom course will find a certificate in their welcome pack.

4. When is the next course date?
Upcoming courses and fees are available on the Critical Appraisal One Day Course booking page and the Critical Appraisal Two Day Workshop booking page. When a course is sold out, it will not be possible to make a reservation.

5. Is a course brochure available?
Course brochures are available on course pages and can also be downloaded on the Compare Courses page. The brochures are made available in Adobe PDF format.

6. How is the One Day Course different from the Two Day Workshop?
The differences between the courses are highlighted in a table on the Compare Courses page.
