FAQ - Online course

• 1. How long does it take to complete the Online Course?

  If you view the presentations continuously the minimum time is about 8 hours. Most people subscribe for a duration of 1 month, complete the course over 1-2 weeks and view it again in the final week of their subscription.

• 2. Do I get a certificate when I have completed the course?

  Certificates are not produced automatically for the online course. When you finish the course, please contact us by email and we will send you a CPD/CME certificate by email. Delegates attending a classroom course will find a certificate in their welcome pack.

• 3. Is a course brochure available?

  Course brochures are available on course pages and can also be downloaded on the Compare Courses page. The brochures are made available in Adobe PDF format.

• 4. Can I upgrade a one month subscription to six months?

  It is not possible to upgrade a one month subscription to a six months subscription. You can either subscribe for another month or take out a six months subscription. Sorry!

• 5. How do I log-in to my account to change my email address or password?

  Go to the Course presentations page in the Critical Appraisal Online Course section and log in. You'll be able to change your email address and/or password. Your name and username cannot be changed.

• 6. Can I get a reminder of my password?

  Go to the Course presentations page in the Critical Appraisal Online Course section and click the log in button. Use the Lost Password facility to receive a reminder by email.

• 7. Why can I not download the handouts in the presentations?

  Most of the presentations are accompanied by handouts you can download and print. If you are unable to access or download the handouts you are most likely encountering security restrictions related to your web browser or Adobe Flash Player. You can download all the handouts in one zip file by following this link:
