1. Which currencies do you accept?
All payments must be made in UK sterling (pounds). If you use a different currency, please pay using your credit card or PayPal account. Your bank will convert the price to your local currency.

2. Can I pay by cheque instead of by credit/debit card?
We prefer you to pay by card, as the payment is authorised immediately and you have instant access to the online course. Handling payments electronically also helps us to keep our costs down. If you can only pay by cheque please contact us using the helpdesk.

3. Do I get a receipt for my payment?
Yes. You will receive a receipt for your payment immediately by email from SagePay and we will send you a tax receipt within a few days.

4. Can I use a coupon code retrospectively?
Sorry - coupon codes are only valid at the time of booking. Once a course payment has been made it is not possible to apply a coupon code.

5. Can I get a refund if I have paid for a course twice by mistake?
Please contact us as soon as possible using the helpdesk. We will refund the extra payment in full. Depending on how soon you contact us, the extra payment may not appear at all on your credit card statement but in other cases both payments may appear followed by a refund of the second payment.
