The Superego Cafe help desk is designed to ensure a fast response to any questions or comments you may have. By following the instructions below, you will help us to solve your problem quickly.

- Your message will be allocated a unique reference number. You will receive a copy of your ticket by email within a few minutes.
- You will receive our reply by email.
- If you want to add to your message or reply to our response, simply reply to the last email you received. Please leave the subject heading of your email unchanged as it ensures that all emails and responses are tagged with the same reference number.
- If you want to ask an unrelated question, please return to step 1 and send an email with a new subject heading to the help desk. Please do not send emails to any other address as they may not be read or may delay our response to you.

Priority support with a guaranteed 1 hour response time is available to corporate clients with a service level agreement.
Telephone support
