Bespoke critical appraisal training events are easy to arrange - a few emails and phone calls are all it takes, even for international events. A good example is the training event for the Red Cross organisation in Australia. Less than 5 months after the first email contact, ninety clinicians and scientists attended the critical appraisal workshop this week at the prestigious Grand Hyatt hotel in Melbourne.

During the two day event, delegates gained the knowledge and skills of critical appraisal by completing short exercises and appraising real clinical papers. The feedback has been excellent.
