Critical appraisal training in Paris

We ran our first critical appraisal training event in Paris, France this week. The bespoke course was for an international group of senior medical managers of a pharmaceutical company.

Managers from several European countries were brought together for an intensive day of evidence-based medicine training. The focus was on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the latest research in their specialist clinical area. Bespoke courses like this allow organisations to benefit from the teaching provided by our company and use clinical papers of their choice to illustrate key concepts.

By the end of the event several papers had been evaluated and the delegates had an improved understanding of the possible impact of the clinical papers.
